ready» sourdough starter (gluten free
of course) or just skip it, both the
kefir water and the «
ready» sourdough.
I'm hesitant to buy more milk grains, and I like sharing better than buying, so if anyone is interested, I'll give you a nice big clump
of water kefir grains,
ready to culture, for one healthy little «cauliflower».
