I pointed this on
weight watchers as well and to get down to 3 points a serving I had to show as the recipe makes a total
of 14 servings — but I don't want to have to make it and measure out and divide by 14 before I can decide to make it!

All these fly by night gimmick diets annoy the hell out
of me such as slimfast, atkins,
weight watchers and so unecessary.
Packaged, processed food came with a convenient delineation
of fat content, so it became the go - to for many
