Though one cup of cooked quinoa has the same eight grams of protein as a cup
of white pasta, quinoa has double the amount of fiber.
Sure, there's nothing like a big traditional bowl
of white pasta with red sauce, but ever since I've been introduced to lentil pasta, I can't bring myself to cook regular white pasta anymore... I mean, I probably could if it's all I had in the pantry (LOL) but my body prefers it to be lentil or chickpea or edamame pasta, because I'm selfishly getting something more out of it... protein!

white pepper, with a combination
of juicy Portobello mushroom slices, garlic and cream marry so well.
1 medium butternut squash (about 2 pounds) 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil 3 cloves

of flour in baked goods and
pasta.
This is a very basic dish —
pasta with a clam - based

If I have more time I like
