We seem to have a community
of white tip reef sharks.
Our divers came quite glad from this dive after having spotted the likes
of White tip Reef Shark, Pygmy Squid, Donald Duck Shrimp and also a Bob Tail Squid.

of Use
The inside area
of the crescent has a cave large enough for divers to enter, in which
white tip reef shark are often seen sleeping.
We saw lots
of red bass,
white -
tip and grey
reef sharks, and «towers»
of bumphead parrotfish.
Once in the valley we find
white tip reef sharks, schooling mackerel, schooling sweet lips, and an abundance
of lively fish.
The main species are: grey
reef sharks;
white tip reef sharks; a family
of silver
tips and seasonal hammerheads.
The thing that I find so amazing about diving with the
white tip reef sharks is that you always seem to have a bit
of everything.
«We were met with an unreal amount
of soft and hard coral and a buzzing
of fish in every direction,
white tip reef sharks were on every side
of us and then to have 7 eagle rays glide over the top
of us!
Just today we had 3 groups» go out, 2
of which found
White tip reef sharks at 21 meters and my group that saw a black
tip reef shark cruising by us at 10 meters.
We have been seeing hammerheads, mobula rays,
white tip reef sharks, barracuda, devil rays, trevally, tuna and more and more schools
of squid mainly at the dive site «Gili Sarang».
So far I've seen baracuda, a small
white tip reef shark, a turtle, many Mantas and loads
of very small critters.
Many dives reserve surprises though, and we had a couple
of very cool sightings this last week: some black -
tip and
white -
tip reef sharks, an eagle ray (which I finally saw after being told there's been one maybe... 10 times?)
This week in Belongas South Lombok we have been especially lucky with Hammerheads, Barracuda, Tuna,
White tip reef sharks, eagle rays, Banded sea snakes and hundreds
of Mobula rays.
This week in Belongas... we have an outstanding amount
of Redtooth trigger fish, sea cobras, nudibranchs,
white tip reef sharks and eagle rays but this week its been the mobula rays that have made diving special as they have been counted on every dive.
The wreck is very large and while doing the course we saw a
white tip reef shark, large schools
of inquisitive batfish and several flatworms and nudibranch that were a pleasure to photograph.
The
white tip reef sharks around here are generally extremely lazy, we find them hanging out under rocks
of slowly swimming around, which is great for those who like taking pictures as they can generally get a clear shot.
The moving waters bring the soft corals to life and allow divers can keep pace with massive schools
of fish, or come face - to - face with
white tip, black
tip and gray
reef sharks.
Divers can discover anything from small finds such as anemonefish, pipefish and shrimp / goby pairs to turtles, rays, groupers, Maori wrasse and several species
of shark, including
reefs,
white tips and bronze whalers.
Whitetip
Reef Sharks get their name from their fins, both
of which are
white tipped.
And
of course, the usual encounters with black
tip reef sharks,
white tip reef sharks and some massive green turtles.
The marine life includes black — and
white tip reef sharks, lots
of turtles (hawksbill and olive ridley), lionfish, scorpion fish, cuttle fish and octopus, moray eels, sea snakes, different types
of rays (blue — spotted, eagle and, from December to March, manta rays) not to mention schools
of bump — head parrot fish every full moon.
As far as fun diving goes, we've enjoyed a few days
of particularly «flat - calm» seas with fantastic visibility, allowing our fun divers to spend time with
white tip reef sharks and eagle rays.

sharks there,, being surrounded by hundreds
of hammerhead
sharks or even just snorkel with the insanely unique animals including
white -
tip reef sharks, sea lion, Galapagos penguins, marina iguanas, flightless cormorant, and much more.

Scuba diving South Lombok means the chances
of seeing turtles and
white tip reef sharks.
When diving here, you can see eleven different species
of sharks, 479 species
of fish, and large pelagics such as jacks, manta ray, tuna, and whale
sharks.It also has the highest population density for
white tip reef sharks!
The two most popular dive sites are
Shark Point and Manta Point where divers can expect to spot black and
white tip reef sharks, varieties
of turtles, rays and hundreds
of indigenous species.
Tortuga Bay is located on the Santa Cruz Island, a short walk from center
of Puerto Ayora where you can view Marine iguanas, birds, galapagos crabs and a natural mangrove where you can spot
white tip reef sharks and the gigantic galápagos tortoise.
Drift along in the ocean currents across stunning coral gardens, cruise alongside
white tip reef sharks, through huge shoals
of colourful fish and even experience an adrenaline fuelled night dive surrounded by heaps
of nurse

Big grey

of hefty dog - toothed tuna, sometimes combining to make the human tourists feel very small indeed.

of snappers.

Following the ridges all the way down to 30m, advanced get to experience a unique part
of the dive site know as «Jack Point» where a huge resident school
of Jacks are known to stay circling overhead, as well as having a good chance
of seeing black and
white -
tip reef sharks and numerous blue - spotted stingrays.
Manta Point Manta Point offers some
of the best coral around the Gilis, with a gently sloping
reef from 10m down to around 25m where you can often spot
white -
tip reef sharks resting on the sandy bottom and schools
of yellow snappers hovering over the edge
of the
reef.
Dive in and be fascinated by turtles,
white tip reef sharks, cuttlefish, moray eels and many other varieties
of marine life.
Come and scuba dive with Hawaiian green sea turtles (Honu),
white tip reef sharks, spotted eagle rays, and numerous species
of marine life found only here in Hawaii.
Along with the strong currents you have a lot
of sea life flocking around these islands —
