of whole grain mustard.
I just subscribed to you and I also just bought a bottle
of whole grain mustard but had no idea what to do with it.
I put about 2 tablespoons more vinegar than the recipe called for a tablespoon more
of whole grain mustard and I used truffle salt instead of regular salt.
A touch

I used the full amount
of pasta (swapping out
whole grain rotini, because that's what I had on hand), doubled the spinach but did not saute it, tripled the garlic, used the

Before going to buy hamburger from a fast food restaurant, sit and think how to prepare it by yourself — you need
whole grain bread, cheese, some meat, seasonings and you can prepare even the sauces (like mix a spoon
