I compared one scene
of the fullscreen transfer with the
widescreen equivalent and saw that the two versions
of the
movie seemed to come from the same print, so if you want to see my thoughts on the transfer, go and see them in my review

In this year
of the Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympics, it was also a strikingly British
movie, with its British director (Sam Mendes), largely British cast (though Javier Bardem brought Hispanic panache to creepy bad guy Silva), and copious tourist - enticing views, from a
widescreen Westminster to frosty Highland glens.
Not really the type
of movie you'd expect to see in 2.40:1
widescreen, Unaccompanied Minors arrives on DVD in both this wide native theatrical aspect ratio and a 4x3 television - filling 1.33:1 presentation, on opposite sides
of a DVD - 10.
Disney Channel Original
Movies have long been framed for both fullscreen and
widescreen ratios, with only the former seeing the light
of day in the US (at least until the rare Disney Channel Blu - ray release comes along).

movies on DVD in the 1.78:1 aspect ratio with which they air on Disney Channel HD.
