I started it up again a couple weeks ago thinking that it's been quite some time since I last played it but... I sucked at it, had forgotten how to play it xD I'm looking forward to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and in my opinion they should make a port of the wii game to the Switch I have it on my Wii but if they released it alongside Xenoblade 2 then I'd gladly play it again before I took on the new Xenoblade ^ ^ I would love some GameCube virtual console releases too

I have a 360 / wii but my tv upscales my wii games to 720p with no hit on frame rate and all i can say is oh my MH3 has graphics that prove the wii to be almost equal to my 360 i mean it looks awesome in 480p but nintendo need to give devs a new SDK 2.2 that supports 720p then games like this honestly sit right next to 360 graphics its that good yes SDK 2.1 indicates that HD is locked via firmware not restricted by wii hardware so hopefully thats something they will sort out at E3 this june wow MH3 1 of the best games i have ever played.

Man where do i begin... I just got this game on my dolphin emulator because i can not afford a wii (sadly) and even though it is little laggy on my emulator this game is a lot of fun.

galaxy 1 and 2 done that for wii, i liked sunshine but preferred Mario 64 and galaxies games so much more, due to wii limitations, the worlds in galaxy had to be kept small, but imagine bigger Mario 64 style worlds, and a huge open world based in the mushroom kingdom, like super Mario bros 3, with the giant world, water world, ice, etc i want a 3d super Mario bros 3, but with a mix of galaxy 1 and 2 and Mario 64 game play, while i liked Mario sunshine, i quickly got bored of the tropical island setting, and music, and the water based game play just didn't do it for me, and for most Mario fans, the sales speaks for itself, the fact is most Mario fans did not like sunshine.

Besides skyward sword I haven't bought any other wii games after tri came out because i got over 600 hours out of it.

I guess the wii u is alright, i mean the storymode of this game is okay but the graphics is what matters + i do nt think wasting money on the wii u is worth it because it uses to much battery, im better off playing the ps3 since the controllers are rechargeable, may I include that it looks exactly like the wii, and i already got a psp vita with more advanced graphics.

it will also have the wii exclusive sequel (dawn of the new world) wich i personally think is one more reason to just been developed for ps3 (only blueray discs have that much capacity tu have both games)

Emulating wii games is pathetic and wrong, And no, its not true 1080p, its a load of upscaled bull shit that barely looks better than the 480p output.

I understand that the wii u is lacking in power for some of these games, but it doest mean that the third party developers can not make some slight adjustments to the games to satisfy nintendo fans or any other console that is being deprived of awesome games like these

its just one of those games that has a HUGE learning curve, and you HAVE to put alittle time into it and give it a chance i did it with mh3 on wii... and boy..

.300 hours is alot but with 30 games soft modification [1600 nes games and 700 snes games] wii fit u... and the fact i found out you can modify the browser to ipad, chrome, android, etc and with websites like you tube and project tv any time im on the porch takin a shower doin the dishes so on some show or album is on the other 200 hours is adult entertainment and with the wiiu playing 99.9 % of all the great videos the internet has to provide [with the browser modified in the setings] its alot and its pightning fast my pages load up in seconds

It's in bad shape but there is still games coming heck im a big fan of what splatoon is started an official thread on vgchartz and many people are saying it has the chance to big now vgchartz might not be the most reliable but it shows wii u having a baseline of 4k in uk 5k in france and 3k in germany literally doubled its baseline there.

No need for dissapointment.Firstly it's not even developed by Konami but Platinum Games and secondly it's not a metal gear solid game in terms of gameplay (Kojima didn't oversee it) but an action game using mgs lore.Now Ground zeroes and Phantom Pain, if not ported to wii u, would be a real loss.

Smash bros is pretty much the same as the last game, mario kart looks ok, dk looks like more of the same from wii, Hell the Dk games on snes had more effort and felt more like whole games and less like cop outs for money, do nt get me wrong DK for wii was good but was nothing even close to the old ones, do nt care about wind waker its an old game that i played on my gamecube a few times.

I just wish we used these resources by helping promote the wii u instead of complaining about the games we don't have.

While I understand the «It got a wii port» idea, the Metroid prime trilogy is very hard to find and is selling for much more than retail on eBay, so I would like a HD release to bring the price back down to reality, not to mention the updated graphics on my 2nd favorite game of all time.

i bet this game will have a huge showing at e3, and from looks of video its probably not to far off from completion, this game looks to be one of the games that will put all the wii u doom articles to bed.

Borderlands Ripoff but without the cartoony graphics (which i love) im not saying they are bad, lots of people must love those games, for me, they are the same games ive played since COD 4, The only game that im really waiting for is Metal Gear Solid V, and thanks to MGR: R, i know its coming to pc, so for me, its going to be a WII U + PC combo

I haven't bought any of the Wii Sports club games yet, but I will buy boxing for sure (assuming it's not somehow broken) I'm hoping they do it using 2 wii motion plus controllers!!!

so i go and do some serious research on the wii u. more recently i just went and read up on / watched trailers and gameplay footage for monster hunter ultimate, pikmin 3, wonderful 101, and the Monolith Soft wii u game, and i just have to say... these trolls are full of shit.

If they had just listened to patcher who said that the wii U should have launched at 250 bucks with a free copy of a new wii sports game bundled in and Pikmin 3 a launch game it would have sold like hot cakes and nintendo would not be in this lame position!!

Im not saying they should hand out a game + controller to early adopters but they should do something (even some credit online would suffice) as the sales figures (so far) are only respectable because of their fans and they should really show their appreciation of us wii u owners for «buying in» so early instead of «screwing us over» by releasing vastly superior bundles so soon

pretty much the wii U can play pc games that can't be played on the ps4 or 720 because theres no touch screen controller but the wii U can now play games like guns of icarus, tribes ascend, battle world kronos ect ect.

the wii U can also play all i phone games which means getting the casuals all they got to do is get ports / the game made on the wii U 3 devs are already thinking about putting there games on wii U those 3 games are guns of icarus, battle world kronos and runescape.

Can't wait for it — I have the fist game on WIi U and the second on the 3DS, but I will still buy it again because of the visuals and because I want them to make a third game

Mario Kart, Zelda, Bayonetta2, Smash Bros and other huge AAA games are not coming till mid 2014!!!! Fact is Nintendo should have NEVER made a new Zelda game for the wii which took them 4 years, it only sold 5 million with a console fan base of 100 million!!!

When early adopters of the 3ds got all those games for free it was because nintendo themselves dropped the price of the 3ds and I am sure when and if they do it for the wii u us early adopters will receive some games.

I believe their is more of a drought on the ps4 and x1, at least i jus got shovel knight, pushmo world to play on wii u along with scram kitty, were are the games for ps4 and x1, they do nt arrive till october and all they have now is ufc.

I hope the games in virtual console and even some wiiware games are presented in their original aspect ratio (4:3) instead of been streeched as the wii actually does it.
