of stevia you may want to use another natural sweetener such as Coconut Nectar, Grade B maple
Syrup, Luo Han Extract (Monk Fruit), Raw Honey,
Yacon Syrup.
They were full
of weird ingredients I had never heard
of with funny names like tempeh, stevia powder, chia seeds,
yacon syrup, lecithin granules and xanthan gum.
If it is for you, you may want to use
yacon syrup in place
of the molasses, too.
Made these replacing the
yacon with maple
syrup butter, doubling the cinnamon, and adding a pinch
of Chinese Five Spice... cookies came out an EPIC FAIL... flat and crumbly.
