I am grateful to have studied the art
of yantras with Pieter Weltevrede & Mavis Gewant.
The late Swiss painter Rudolf de Crignis who together with his partner Michael Paoletta collected tantric drawings for many years is a perfect example how the study
of yantra has attracted and bridged artistic practices over many centuries.

of the chakras, are one
of them.
Externally, it can be a candle flame or a dot on the wall or a picture
of your desired deity or any other object like the symbol
of Om, cross, star, any
yantra, etc..
