abundance of yellow squash from a client's garden.
I came across this recipe while looking for ideas on how to use the 12,454,656
pieces of yellow squash that came from my garden.
This summer squash soup is
full of yellow squash, green zucchini, chickpeas, love and brothy goodness my friends.
This bright green dip of sweet peas, parsley, and luscious pistachios is great served with brightly colored vegetables — baby carrots, sliced red bell peppers,
rounds of yellow squash, and thin wedges of raw sweet potato.
Stack the vegetables on serving plates, alternating each type so you have 2 slices of eggplant, 2 slices of zucchini, 2
slices of yellow squash, 1 tomato (or 4 cherry) and 1 green onion per plate.
8 - 10 cups of Bone Broth 4 - 6
cups of yellow squash 4 - 6 cups zucchini 1 diced white onion 3 cloves of diced garlic 4 - 6 large of basil leaves chopped 2 tbsp - 4tbsp grass fed ghee (put in right before serving) Real salt to taste Pepper to taste
Cut off both ends of
each of the yellow squash.
