I've only tossed hemp hearts on top

But the toppings are endless: (treat it like a
bowl of chili) Sour cream, greek
yogurt, almost any kind
of cheese, chorizo, Sriracha, jalapenos, etc..
I added a dollop
of fat free
yogurt to my
bowl.
It's a one -
bowl cake, with
yogurt, oil, and eggs whipped up into a batter and the flour and leavening dropped right on top
of the liquid ingredients.
Before serving, I seasoned the rice and plate everything on a
