My family is a huge fan
of yogurt parfaits and this one looks amazing.

yogurt parfaits, salads and tiny bags

This time, I decided to make a
yogurt parfait with layers
of rose and lavender — another love
of ours.
I served mine with a small salad; but at the party they will be served with a frittata,
yogurt parfaits, fruit salad, cranberry cocktails, coffee, and lots
of cookies.
Some ideas to try: overnight oats (swap in seasonal fruit

Blend 1/2 cup
of the
yogurt with the hawthorn berry powder and add the blended

parfait glass.
If you'd like to include these darling lemon

of a large brunch menu, serve them in small, clear, plastic dessert cups with mini wooden or plastic tasting spoons.

of my favorite things to spread on toast, dollop on scones, stir into plain Greek
yogurt (or layer with granola in a dessert - for - breakfast
parfait), or just eat straight off a spoon.

parfait wouldn't be a
parfait without
yogurt, so my goal was to achieve that same thickness, without any
of the dairy.
If you want it sweeter, try adding honey to the
yogurt or drizzle it over the top
of the completed
parfaits.
I like the way the sunshine reflects off the lemon curd and the rim
of the glass dessert dish together so that's why I chose to layer my lemon
yogurt parfait in this way — with the lemon curd on top.
Although you can layer this lovely refreshing
parfait any way you'd like, I made made mine with a base layer
of granola followed by a layer
of vanilla Greek
yogurt with lemon curd on top.
For a quick finish, crown your lemon
yogurt parfait with a generous dollop
of Cool Whip.
And if you want to get extra fancy and take things up a notch, you can create a simple garnish for your lemon
yogurt parfait by putting a cocktail pick through a slice
of lemon.
Creamy
yogurt pairs well with the crunch
of chia seeds and sliced almonds in this
parfait recipe.
