of leasing a new car for the first time.Don Blake was very good on explaining everything to me and... also Rick Gamiere the
sales manager help me with the decision on leasing a new car and explaining info that I
did not know anything about.

We feel at home when we are at the dealership its so comfortable and nice and always very clean, we love our
sales rep Capressa and our service guy Shef is a one
of a kind and they both represent Bmw very well, The
managers Bryan and Cliff
do a great job
of talking care
of us as well, we are looking forward to making our 8th purchase this year.
My first encounter with this dealership was through the Internet speaking to Adam (Internet
Sales Manager) who couldn't have
done any a better
of job helping me get the vehicle I wanted.
I wanted to thank this dealership, they went above and beyond my asking and took care
of me, Malik the new car
sales manager did a great job taking care
of my request and I want to thank him personally!
They
did honor the internet quote and I was able to negotiate a slightly better price with my salesperson Troy (and the rest
of the
sales managers).
The salesman helped us every step
of the way and the
sales manager did everything he could to accommodate us.
