Start by having candidates sell a product to a few
of your seasoned sales reps. Ask your employees to then offer both positive and constructive feedback.
I do receive support from my Manager and from several
of the seasoned Sales Reps.. The reason why I would leave the business is because of unprofessional practices by other Sales Reps.. The undercutting of commissions just to get a deal.
