Just think of how yummy those large baked muffins look at morning tea if you've missed breakfast!

Now this fresh bircher muesli recipe can be made as little as an hour ahead of time, but we like to throw it in the fridge before bed and it's ready for a yummy breakfast in the morning.

I've been making these pancakes — and variations of them — for a while and I usually freeze the leftovers (if there are any) so I have a quick, yummy and healthy breakfast on weekday mornings.

When I started making a lot of overnight oats recipes a while back, I started to experiment with my favorite ingredients to create a yummy, portable and easy to make breakfast.

They're yummy, easy to make and full of good stuff to take you from breakfast to lunch and further.

My first order of business was to get my sweets covered... I decided to fashion some kind of muffin that was healthy enough to be breakfast, but yummy enough that the non-vegans would also partake.

This is one of my favorite breakfasts as the texture is super creamy, its super nourishing, energizing and tastes naturally sweet, not to mention the yummy toppings, which are so very necessary.

It's an easy way to use up some of those leftovers and it makes a yummy breakfast or light snack.

Luckily for me there were loads of yummy places to go to for breakfast and...

They are super yummy and will be perfect for my breakfast sandwich of almond butter and bananas.

This coconut lime chia pudding is very easy, and one of those quick breakfasts you can make the night before to save some precious morning time, and have a yummy tropical treat ready for you when you wake up.

I mean, who doesn't love licking the spoon when you are making brownies!?! This is overnight protein oatmeal is one of the easiest, yummiest, and well - balanced breakfasts that can be thrown together the night before and is ready when you are in the morning!

As for myself, depending on the time of day you're reading this I'm either having a yummy mid morning breakfast with another close blogger friend of mine; Sommer from A Spicy Perspective, I'm on the road heading back to Charlotte and enjoying a quiet drive with me, myself, and I, or I'm already in Charlotte dealing with my own personal «return to the real world» grindstone of laundry and a house that's been inhabited by my husband and three wild animals boys alone in the house all weekend.

Add fresh fruit and granola and you've got yourself the yummiest breakfast of all (or so say my children).
