of zucchini pasta, I recently bought a spiralizer and love it!
The sound
of zucchini pasta or zoodles as they are also know, didn't really have me running to the kitchen to whip up a batch.
Finally, I love a steaming plate
of zucchini pasta, especially when it has shrimp or scallops with it, tossed with this pesto.
I ended up with a knot
of zucchini pasta smothered in what my partner described as a very nice tasting guacamole dip!

Ingredients: 300 g kamut short
pasta 1 large cup fresh fava beans 1 large bunch asparagus 1 garlic clove For the creamed
zucchini 3 medium
zucchini, peeled and stems removed a large handful
of peeled almonds a handful
of fresh basil grated zest

In a separate pan, add the remaining tablespoon
