of small bags by doing your method, steaming then flash freezing them on a piece
of parchment paper laid out across the whole freezer, the rounds shouldnt touch when freezing, after 2 hours flip and wait another hour, they will be able to be packed into a big gallon bag and the rounds wont

1/2 cup
zucchini, cut into matchsticks 1/4 cup carrot, shredded 1/4 cup daikon, cut into matchsticks 1 small onion, thinly sliced 3 to 4 green onions, cut into 1 inch
sticks 1/4 cup chickpea flour 1/4 cup rice flour 1/4 cup water 1 tsp sesame oil squirt

5) To make the

I omitted the stevia and added a bit
of regular vanilla extract, and I first squeezed out the liquid from the grated
zucchini, but otherwise
stuck to the recipe.
After a good amount
of research, I decided to
stick to my go - to chili recipe, replacing the
zucchini and corn and some
of the peppers with butternut squash.
This is a great recipe to tryout if you have dietary restrictions, but it is also a great recipe to
stick in the back
of your mind for later this summer when you are drowning in
zucchini and can't bear to make another loaf
of bread!
Cut the ends off
of the
zucchini, and slice each into
sticks that are about 1/4 - inch thick and 3 inches long.

In those which do not have a salad bar (which is most
of them) we offer a different fresh vegetable, cut up and in individual servings, several days a week — baby carrots, jicama,
zucchini sticks, cucumber, celery — and new this year, sitting right on the mainline is a bin with a plex dome on top that holds fresh dark leafy greens like romaine, or broccoli, once a week.
