The
first steps in making this version are pretty much the same
as when making regular coconut butter, except this time, we're not only adding unsweetened shredded coconut to the bowl of our
food processor, we're also adding coconut
oil and a little bit of salt.

foods) coarse salt 20 sprigs fresh chives, chopped or snipped, for garnish
The
first thing you should do is to exclude spicy and fatty
foods — cooking
oil, sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, chips, fatty meats, smoked sausage, fatty cheeses,
as well
as fast
food, soft drinks, and emphasize the intake of various vitamins and minerals.
First, anything labeled soybean
oil, canola
oil, corn
oil, vegetable
oil, or cottonseed
oil (these are in a LOT of processed
foods you probably eat) most times have undergone a refining process under extremely high heat and use of chemical solvents such
as hexane.
As turmeric is fat soluble, you can
first mix the herb with an
oil (olive or coconut), and add the herbal
oil mix into Fido's
