I've made these large marges, your whole wheat honey bread, ginger

oil brown sugar cookies, and I have yet to have anything but rave reviews!
In the actual cookie (disregarding the
chocolate chips), there is NO flour, NO refined sugar, NO
oil, and not even eggs!
Second, I use coconut
oil, which adds a subtle sweetness that pairs nicely with the caramelly brown sugar and the dark
chocolate chips.
