Should I concentrate on using coconut oil, palm oil, cocoa butter, olive oil, avocado
oil etc instead of safflower, evening primrose etc..

I have a nut allergy and wondered if there were any equally healthy alternatives you know that would work
instead of things like almond butter, coconut
oil, cashew butter
etc that feature quite heavily in your recipes?
You could just add extra virgin olive
oil instead or play around with any other flavored oils that you have at home and like (garlic
oil, ginger
oil, chili
oil, walnut
oil,
etc).
The thing is the kourabiethes from our local bakery here (in Greece, where I just spent xmas and new years again) are good, but not good enough... Too much
oil instead of butter and no rosewater,
etc... close but no banana...
I fry or poach an egg I toast 2 pieces of sourdough bread (use whatever bread you'd like that's just my fave)

oil then I mash up whole or half an avocado depending on how hungry I am squeeze some 1/4 lime or lemon into avo spread it on top of the toast and sprinkle salt and pepper as well as some pine nuts (or anything else you'd like to top it with) and when I have tomatoes I like to cut up a few and add them as well.

oil etc), with a main focus on vegetables and fruit, trying to avoid grains or eat sourdough bread and rice pasta

Thing is, before this happened, I was eating «healthy»: using raw sugar, honey, agave nectar, molasses, almost no refined table sugar; drinking a smoothie of 4 - 5 fruits and veggies mixed with plain yogurt every day; very little red meat; lots of various beans; watching caloric intake; whole grains, including wheat, spelt, rye,
etc; soy - beans,
oil, whatever; fish
oil and other supplements; margarine
instead of butter;
etc..
