I always buy the sun - dried tomatoes
packed in
oil and I drizzle a little bit of the
oil on the top of the chicken breasts right
before I put them in the oven.

If you buy dry -
packed tomatoes (unless your recipe says otherwise) they really do benefit from a good soak in
oil before being used.
If your sun - dried tomatoes are
packed in liquid in
oil, rather than dry, drain them
before using and skip the step where you hydrate them along with the TVP.
The meal I made the night

packed in
oil, just chop them up a little
before adding them to the food processor.
If using sundried tomatoes that are not
packed in
oil, soak in warm water to plump
before adding to the pasta.
