Strike two against the Obama administration was the permission it granted early in the president's term to build a pipeline into Minnesota and Wisconsin to handle
oil pouring out of the tar sands of Alberta.
If I saw
oil pouring out I'd thing something is seriously wrong.
By the easiest measure — volume of oil spilled — PeMex's Ixtoc I oil well was far worse than the Deepwater Horizon well: 140 million gallons of
