Anyway, if you are concerned about getting too Little Omega - 6, (which is basically impossible for Americans), then just add a little Olive
Oil to change the
ratio, although I wouldn't actually advocate that for the reasons stated
above.
For the
above conditions, a high EPA fish
oil (with an EPA: DHA
ratio of 2:1 or greater) made from sardines and anchovies is recommended.
