leak can be quickly fixed with gasket silicone (which is VERY cheap and great stuff, I use it everywhere because its easy to use, tolerates high temperatures and
seals oil better than the regular gaskets!

A weak or worn clutch cover can do it, as can the pressure plate if say a spring has failed or they've become weak, but as you say the clutch has been replaced already I think unless the new parts were faulty (which does happen) you could be looking at perhaps an
oil contamination issue on the clutch if the rear main
oil seal is
leaking.
Another danger is the crankcase pressure that's pushing the
oil out here may start popping
seals and gaskets out of place resulting in potentially massive
oil leaks and much higher repair costs.
The
oil can
leak slowly enough to not be immediately apparent, and then burn off / end up on the road / or just end up in the engine compartment (e.g. check your engine bay, if there's a film of
oil on engine block it could be indicative of failing
