skin while you scrub so that your whole body looks and feels deliciously soft after you use this.

Mixing manuka honey with some raw sugar and olive
oil makes a nice
skin exfoliant, since Manuka honey is a natural humectant that moisturizes your
skin.
Chop finely peeled
skin of 1/3 lemon, and
mix it in a pot with 4 tb coconut
oil, 1/3 cup agave syrup, 1 ts cinnamon, and 1 inch of grated ginger.
The beeswax and olive
oil and calendula seem like a virtually bulletproof

skin — debris that a water - based cleanser wouldn't «grab» because water and
oil don't
mix.

skin care and think oils like rose and geanium and lavender sound great but when thinking on what carrier
oil to

Try using essential oils in a diffuser in your home,
mixing a few drops with a carrier
oil (like coconut
oil) and massaging over
skin, or adding a few drops to a bath or shower!
Mix a half cup of sea salt or sugar with an equal amount of melted coconut
oil, and then use your hands to rub it over any rough patches of
skin.

mix in a little essential
