To make the black
layers, melt the 4 tablespoons of coconut
oil and the 4 oz dark
chocolate and combine together well.
Chocolate layer: 1/4 cup coconut
oil 2 tablespoon honey 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract dash of salt
To make the peanut butter /
chocolate layer: place the pitted dates, coconut
oil and the peanut butter into the food processor.
To make the peanut butter
chocolate layer add the coconut
oil, cacao powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, and 1/4 tsp salt to a small pot over medium heat.
Prepare two 6 - inch spring forms or cake pans by lining them with lightly
oiled parchment paper (if you only have one spring form / pan, you can bake one
chocolate cake
layer at a time).
Well, this thick, glistening
layer of soft, sweet,
chocolate heaven is simply made up of four ingredients: coconut
oil, coconut mylk, raw cacao, and maple syrup.
It was sooooo tasty but I also used 4 paper towels to take the
oil out before adding the
chocolate layer.
To make the
chocolate layer, melt the coconut
oil in a small sauce pan.
I
layered it with some
chocolate ganache (made with coconut
oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and little salt).

Use a natural almond butter that has the
oil on top; this makes it much easier to spread when it comes time to
layering over the
chocolate.
For the

oil in a heat proof bowl over hot boiling water (I do this on the stove top) and combine.

oil with teaspoon of raw cacao powder and an (optional) tiny drizzle of rice syrup.

oil, melted 3 tablespoons maple syrup, warmed or room temperature 1/4 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
I did a few batches of these and made some fun additions like adding sea salt to the top
chocolate layer and also adding a fourth
layer of coconut
oil along with coconut flakes and chopped nuts.
The outside
chocolate layer is 85 % dark
chocolate and a little coconut
oil.
Once the milk
chocolate layer is solid, repeat the previous steps with the white
chocolate (melt, stir until smooth, add in 1 - 2 drops of peppermint essential
oil, and stir.)
Instead of unsweetened
chocolate, coconut
oil, coconut sugar, and honey for the
chocolate mixture / top
layer, you may use one cup of gluten - free, dairy - free semi-sweet or dark
chocolate chips.
