For safety, you could do this two ways; freeze an entire
banana and wrap the lower part with a paper towel so your
baby (18 months
old and
older) can hold it and suck on the top with supervision, or chop the
banana up into tiny cubes (less than 1/4 inch) for your toddler to chew on.

bananas, and cooked carrots.
