I was very excited for Wii U and hoping it would have some next gen graphics, then I found out it was comparable to 8 year
old console graphics and Nintendo consoles died forever in my mind.

There are myriad reasons people like to throw around for that dark time: Microsoft focusing on the Xbox and paying less attention to the PC, Windows XP breaking compatibility with a bunch of
older games from the «90s, fewer companies in the CPU / GPU markets, the increasing popularity of PC - centric genres (like shooters) on

consoles actually provided the PC with some reasonable competition in terms of
graphics, the rise of DRM, Steam looking like garbage in its infancy.
you want to get passed every now and again just so that you can come back and have a good
old tussle with your rivals.i did enjoy this and you guys are right this is the best motorbike sim out there for
consoles atm but still far from perfect on the
graphics level which is a shame because backgrounds here are dull and seem like last century compare to other awarding winning sports titles like 2k NBA 11 or the brilliant EA Nhl ice hockey games.It is pure speed and control here though so you will be concentrating on the road more then the back drops.anyways im out of here but nice work blackbean hopefully step it up another notch in the
graphics department next year yeh!
I actually like building PCs, but I don't have the cash to drop on new
graphics cards, processors and RAM, so I mostly end up playing
older games and less hardware intensive indies on my PC and get the newer AAA stuff for my
consoles.
From what I see:
Older build is computer
graphics (meaning done in the computer, very near CGI quality), newer build is
console graphics.
Fortunately, it's not broken: Steelport with all its moving parts was designed to push
consoles at the end of their lifespan, but my i5 CPU and two - year -
old graphics card ran it on high without trouble.
The developers recognised that there's nothing inherently wrong with the
old games that it features, it's just the
graphics look very dated and online play is now available for
consoles.
The 3DS has already been demonstrating its power in terms of 3D gameplay — with titles such as Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D literally porting a 3D
console title (albeit an
old one) to the handheld format with better
graphics than the original, and Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D showing the
console's capability to handle gameplay matching Resident Evil 5, although in the form of a score - beating mini-game style as opposed to an actual story.
This game might be kinda cool, in a «retro» sort of way, but this isn't actually what most people mean at all when they refer to the «good
old days», in relation to talking about some great game experience or maybe even a particularly awesome
console back then, and the only thing this game has that hearkens back to those times is the simple looking
graphics and I hope simple controls.
All Xbox One accessories will be compatible with the new
console; all
old Xbox One games will run better on One X. Among the improvements, games will have improved load times and
graphics.
