Let's talk about what sets a smoothie bowl apart from a regular
old drinking smoothie.
I have had success with my two - year
old drinking smoothies that consist of almond milk, spinach (or kale), chia seeds, 1 banana and 1 date.

I have not been able to get my 6 and 3 year
olds to
drink green
smoothies untill now:) Thanks, this blog is wonderful
I add protein powder to muffins or
smoothies, or
drink it plain mixed in water and it never gets
old.
However, if you are using watered down «
drinking» coconut milk from a tetra pak (not all brands are watered down for
drinking), then you will need to either drip it thick like
old - fashioned yogurt, or use it like kefir in
smoothies.
When I was twelve years

My 14 - year -
old daughter hates to eat breakfast before school, but she'll
drink a
smoothie.
I haven't tried one, but I think I'll stick to
drinking my
smoothies the
old fashion way.

older kids love
drinking smoothies out of Yummi Pouches and our third baby...
My 2 - year -
old boy can only enjoy a
smoothie in a Yummi Pouch because he's too little to
drink from a cup without making a mess.
Blend greens like spinach or kale into a fruit
smoothie for your
older baby to
drink.
I sneak them into the kids
smoothies and
drinks, and my
older ones will even swallow or chew the capsule (they are small).

I am boring and often
drink the same
old smoothie day after day.

Drink
While I don't normally like to «
drink» my calories (I'm a firm believer in eating the whole fruit or vegetable... call me
old school...) because I usually don't find that juices /
smoothies keep me satiated for very long, this one is definitely an exception.
But if you're traveling, time crunched, your
older parents are not preparing full meals for themselves, Fiber Boost is easy to stir into a
smoothie, or a soup, or any

Most healthy
old people in the Blue Zones don't
drink smoothies!
