Perhaps it's understandable that a young man like Dylan Thomas (who died at 39) should urge his elders to «Rage, rage against the dying of the light», but
older folk might be better advised instead try to find the
wisdom to be grateful for a long life, well - lived, and accept the inevitable with as much grace as they can muster.
