With FIFA 16, the decades -
old franchise feels like it's finally running out of steam.
Sega isn't new to having the character use a cellphone as a way to allow the player to access the «Pause Menu» (if you remember, GTA 4 did this as well years ago) but it fits well here and makes this thirteen - year -
old franchise feel like it's making an effort to stand with the times.

feel like Persona Q is a divergence from what the
franchise usually is;
older fans, like myself, almost see it as a return home.

older sibling in compared to the effort placed on the Madden football

franchise wore thin for me halfway through Gears of War 2 and while it's a fun, technically competent series, Gears just
feels old hat.

felt like when Satomi came in, SEGA Networks really started finding its pacing with new hit game IPs like Chain Chronicles, made massive successful titles out of
older franchises like Puyo Puyo!!
Assassin's Creed Origins truly
feels like the fresh start that the decade -
old franchise needed, and I can't wait to dive deeper into Egypt and see all of what its vast world has to offer.
So, down the line, we might incorporate other
older elements and fringes of the
franchise, but for right now, it's that core game
feel.
With Sonic's core mechanics focusing more on stopping and killing enemies without any way of being able to keep to the
old play style where you raced through levels at high speed, was a real disappointment for many fans and it made it
feel like the
franchise was heading in a direction we didn't want to go.
This is particularly noteworthy because there are more than 200 characters that have been introduced so far in the
franchise, and while there are some character - based elements introduced in each game that differentiate the play experience from other Skylanders adventures, using
older figures never
feels like a restrictive experience in SuperChargers.
