It isn't the most interesting
remake; it's just a great collection of good (
old)
games.
The
remake serves as a great history lesson to
gamers that haven't gotten the chance, or a great throwback for those that just want to play some good
old Resident Evil.
Also kinda off topic but a new or
remake of donkey kong 64 would be cool:p Nintendo has so much potential with their consoles, with making new
games and bringing back the
old ones because they where and still are just so damn good.
As far as I know, Nintendo only said it'll be «all new» — aka not a

It's not my intention to dunk on a

old, but if you're not a fan, this

From what I've gathered, the main reason the 3DS dragon quest
games didn't come for so long is because the
older remakes sold like ass, (even though IX did very VERY well) and Square wasn't going to waste time on something so massive with the risk of failure.

The only limit is your imagination really with something Little Big Planet doesn't have, logic programming, it lets you make pretty much any

This new
game I'm working on, which is a
remake of an
old cult classic called Leisure Suit Larry, is as different from Journey as you could imagine.
I can't stand playing the
old version anymore... its just so outdated but I love Star Wars so much... So I either want a
remake of the original + The Force Awakens levels, or a complete Episode 1 - 9

game getting a potential re-release: If you don't like the idea, don't buy it; however don't assume you speak for the majority when you scream «I want new

Remaking these retro titles is a great way to keep us
older gamers happy by updating some memories while at the same time pulling in new
gamers that would have otherwise overlooked Galaga and 1942 because they're «
old» and «look bad».
Resident Evil (
Remake) in my opinion is the best
old school RE
game, even the zombies alone are scary to face.
The soundtrack is also
remade and has a wonderful orchestral sound that I always dig, but the fact remains that this might not be worth picking up for people who already bought the
game — unless they don't have their
old console, or simply want to play a visual update of the
game.

old or too crappy looking.
It's become a sort of Poke - tradition to have a

older Pokemon
game every generation.
It was only when I decided to break out my dusty
old 360 copy of the
game for comparison purposes that the true extent of Raven's efforts became clear; in fact, I'd even go so far to say that the
game should be more accurately described as an almost complete
remake of CoD 4 rather than the mere remaster suggested by the title, so extensive and accomplished is its revival for current gen.
