My baby steps are similar to yours... - eat a little healthier by not snacking so often and eating less
junk food - work out twice a week - stop telling my 2 year
old «just a minute» when he wants me to play
with him.

It all started
with an
old clock we had that I had set in my
junk pile workspace in the garage to upcycle in some way.
The sales area I used to find
old favorites but now at the 2Anthro locations near me the hangers are unmovable the area is just too stuffed
