Finally, we settled on a 10 - year -
old house with three bedrooms, office
and two baths, as well as a wide - open

and interior paint colors, did full staging job,
and substantially changed the landscaping.

With one wall removed, the
old dining room was absorbed into the new
kitchen, creating an open feel
and making room for a long
kitchen island.
A new large
kitchen island with a countertop made from the wood of an
old train car offers additional counter space
and a casual
dining area.
Since nobody wants to go to the bathroom right next to the
kitchen /
dining area, we took the entire thing out
and moved the pantry here, closing up the space where the
old laundry was
and using that for the walk - in pantry off the
kitchen.

and entertaining space without altering the original facade, the team added a 730 - square - foot great room to the rear of the house, which accommodates a larger living
and dining area,
and an updated
