Looking in the
mirror, I thought I looked
old, tired, and hopelessly

older guy in the gym who wears five - fingers and does handstands, chin ups and pistol squats, while all the younger lads are checking
out their guns in the
mirror between sets of shoulder presses on the Smith machine and shrugs on the squat rack.

out some things in storage and — knowing I like to paint things — they generously sent me home with two of their
