egg sandwich for breakfast this morning... so
did my 1 year
old who never likes
eggs!
OK I read through these posts, and after reading about the 117 year
old Italian women, I don't believe that eating raw
eggs will make you a centurion, because they may have regenerative DNA, but I put a raw
egg in some organic keifer with some high protein milk and a little organic maple syrup and yum!
I know this thread is
older but I was wondering,
does it have to be just the
egg yolk or could you use a whole
egg to get the added protein?
I know that many of you are pulling out your
