I had some leftover pesto, and stuffed

I had

omelette with feta and a side of their famous poblano sauce — the eggs were really just a vehicle for the sauce.

Usually I'd still be shaky next morning, despite having slept deeply in the meantime (or at least so it felt), although the arrhythmia would stabilize after I'd eaten
an omelette with spinach and drunk a cup of coffee with double cream and I'd always be able to go out and do it all again, with no ill effects.
