The thing I like about this pair of shoes is the elastic inserts
on the back of the ankle.
The zipper
on the back of the ankle is a nice detail.
You don't get as much rubbing

I can't really wear normal shoes because I need to strengthen the tendon more so I opted for wool socks and birks look (they aren't real birks) This way I wouldn't have anything rubbing
