This year students in my first year and my upper level Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility courses at the University of Ottawa inspired me to reach out to Slaw.ca editor Simon Fodden and ask him if he would be interested in publishing some of their work

on Blawg.org, which then had 747 links (today up to 1,397), at the blogs listed by Denise Howell at Bag and Baggage, which numbered around 600, and at the blogs listed
on Blawg Ring, which had 597 blogs (today up to 699).

on the Blawg 100, Above the Law praised Foley Hoag's Trademark & Copyright Law blog for going beyond «the stuff of legal alerts» and standing out among large law firm blogs in terms of its aesthetics and subject matter.
