The reason people feel that way (I am not one, but know some Tin Foil hat types) is because when Snowden released all the documents, it said Microsoft had helped them, but what they DO NT realize is MS did not want too at ALL, they basically got forced to give up any data they had (at least that is my understanding), and why I do nt mind my kinect on.
