basil on hand) 2 tablespoons black or tan sesame seeds — toasted, plus extra for garnish 4 slices of lime — to serve
Layer
on 3 avocado slices, 1 tablespoon of
Thai basil, 1 tablespoon of mint, 1/4 cup pickled vegetable mixture, and 1/4 cup cooked rice vermicelli.
I also added
Thai basil on top, which I highly recommend it, or even cilantro.
