Cool
on a baking rack for at least an hour before removing from the pan or cutting into bars, waiting longer if possible.
Step # 8: After the bread cools down, slide a knife around its edges and place upside
down on a baking rack.
When the eggs are coloured to your liking, remove them from the glass, drain / blow out any water, and let them
dry on your baking rack for about 10 minutes.

down on a baking rack / Return to the oven (on top of the rack) and bake for 35 minutes longer to cook the underside / Cool bread completely before slicing.
Remove from the oven once golden - brown and let
cool on a baking rack... if you have that kind of willpower.
Allow the bread to cool
on a baking rack for 15 minutes before running a knife around the perimeter of the bread to disengage it from the loaf pan.
Remove to completely cool on baking rack
Cool

on a baking rack, but do not stack the waffles or else they will get mushy!
