If your teacher doesn't do this though, you can place a few drops of your favorite
oil on a cotton ball before class and bring it with you.
I grew up with my French - bred mother applying a few pumps of a cream
cleanser on a cotton ball and wiping her face, which she continues to do to this day.
Long story short, our tenant found suggestion to put out peppermint oil
on cotton balls all over the house.
I didn't expect to see

Cleaning Your Dog's Ears: You can also spray the apple cider
vinegar on a cotton ball and then use it to clean your dog's ears although if your dog really does have an ear infection, please go visit your veterinarian.

on a cotton ball / pad and rest it atop your nipple (make sure you have a nursing pad on your bra).
