I don't have a grill, but I was able to cook the flatbreads
on a grill pan on the stovetop (I put a cookie sheet on top to help hold the heat in).
Alternatively, you can Cook the kebabs
on a grill pan on medium heat for about 5 - 6 minutes per side, or until completely cooked through.
