I am very open to learning any info you may have
on the negative effects of fruit, I honestly can't fathom switching from my current

like for example, William C. Roberts — the editor in chief of the American Journal of Cardiology, ever say that your high LDL Cholesterol only matters if you are
on a SAD
diet and is just fine if
on Paleo or
Keto.

diet, which is a

like Atkins, South Beach and the others.
The really good news is that

Like
Anybody who is starting out or have been
on a
keto diet for a while and
like some detailed meal plans and lots of recipes.
I
keto adapted for 4 months about 4 years ago in preparation for my Rim to Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon and forgot how wonderful I felt
on ultra low carb
diet, however, I found it a little too restrictive and happily don't think I'm very carb intolerant, but I
like this 2 week detox for reining in sloppy habits or getting back
on track and reminding myself how good I feel with a more carb - restricted
diet.
I also do better
on a moderate carb rather strictly
keto diet, so every day as part of my one main meal I have something
like 3/4 cup of some kind of healthy complex carbs
like sweet potatoes which I serve with butter and / or coconut oil, half a tablespoon of turmeric, plenty of black pepper and salt.
[3] Interestingly, it's the electrolytes
like potassium, magnesium and calcium that can be harder to get
on a low carb /
keto / carnivore
diet with a lower intake of green leafy veggies.
Too much histamine creates a lot of inflammation and many of the foods
on a
keto diet are very high in histamine such as dairy, cured meats
like bacon, eggs, avocados, spinach, certains nuts
like walnuts, pecans and cashews, and tomatoes to name a few.
Like any
diet, the
keto diet should be followed under medical supervision because recommended macronutrients ratios might vary from person to person depending
on activity level, nutrition needs, and stress levels.
When
on a
diet, you definitely want to feel satisfied after a meal, and
