So as long as you aren't
on a
low carb diet, though this seems at first glance that this is an egg replacer that is devoid of nutrition, that might not entirely be the case.

so luxurious and creamy — I could eat a whole one everyday in my usual lunch (which is a huge salad) but I do monitor my intake of fats
