Place the 2 exposed garlic
heads on a piece of foil, drizzle evenly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and wrap them up tightly.
Slice off the top quarter of the head of garlic,
place on a piece of foil and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.
Place each
banana on a piece of foil, and crimp and shape the foil around the banana to hold it (the banana should be cut side up).
To resolve: When preparing pan, before pouring batter in, put the
pan on a piece of foil large enough to cover the bottom and come up over the seams about 2 inches.
