I'm not generally a fan of single - macronutrient products like protein powders anyway and try to get my nutrients from whole foods as much as possible, but it's nice to have the option sometimes

I find I feel better and more equipped for these days

based protein or locally sourced meat into my
diet, depending
on what I crave.
For instance,

If your interested in doing a system cleanup, eat a whole foods
plant based diet focusing
on the most nutrient dense foods you can and drink a lot of water.
In summary,
if one is
on a
plant based diet, they can mimic the levels of DHEA found in caloric restriction without going around hungry, thereby significantly increasing lifespan.
However
if you stay
on a stringent
plant based diet maybe the lipids would stay low.
I guess with my doctors permission I could first stop the Zetia, stay
on the
plant based diet and see
if my cholesterol and LDLS remain low.
It is strongly implied,
if not clearly stated, those eating a healthy whole
plant -
based diet can reach below 70 without really trying... I doubt there are 100 people
on the planet that follow the recommended
diet in «How Not To Die» better than I do.
