It is strongly implied, if not clearly stated, those eating a healthy whole
plant -
based diet can reach below 70 without really
trying... I doubt there are 100 people
on the planet that follow the recommended
diet in «How Not To Die» better than I do.
I will
try to keep

plant based diet but it is hard to follow it when it has not achieved the results I had hoped it would accomplish.

Potassium is one of those nutrients that is pretty crucial to
try and obtain
on a
plant based diet.

There is no need to focus
on protein when
trying to build muscle
on a
plant based diet, but it is important to take note of caloric density.

on your vacation?
That being said, I do
try to ensure I get enough protein
on my
plant based diet since I am very active and train often.
In fact, it appears that for the most part of our evolution we subsided
on very little relative carbohydrate content in general, apart from those found naturally in vegetables and other
plant sources besides wheat, and therefore it makes sense for us to
try and eliminate the «poor quality», processed wheat -
based ones from our
diet.
Or is your video
trying to imply that one can not be healthy
on a fully
plant based diet without having to consume a algae oil supplement?
