My body seems to do best

for myself, but I feel tremendously better
on a high - fat (pastured animal fat, coconut oil,

diet with ample bone broth, liver,
raw dairy and fermented foods (veges, sourdough, FCLO) than I ever did with a lean - meat and vegetable
diet of paleo.

diets, roasted «sunseed» butter can be found quite affordably at health food stores or can be made (
